Why the name “Douceur de l’Aube”?  This is a play on words referencing the sweetness of the new day (Aube means “dawn”), and the name of our area of Champagne, also called the Aube.

Composition
100% Pinot Noir
This champagne is blended from two or even three harvests, which gives it the quality and consistency for which it is renowned.

The Josselins' Suggestion
This champagne is a great choice for the dessert course. Serve well chilled to a temperature of 8⁰C/46⁰F.

 

Grape Varietal : 100% Pinot Noir

Blend : 2020 60% and Perpetual reserve 40%

Vinification : complete malolactic fermentation, three extractions and one filtration carried out before bottling

Alcohol : 12.5%

Dosage : 33g/l

Organoleptic Analysis : Attractive white fruit nose. Fresh, delightful palate.
