The balance and persistence of its red fruit make this a harmonious wine.

 

Grape Varietal : 100% Pinot Noir

Blend : 2020 harvest

Vinification : Percentage of grapes sorted, de-stemmed and soaked for two and a half days. Juice extracted. Blending of this juice with the juice from the press. Complete malolactic fermentation, three extractions and one filtration carried out before bottling.

Alcohol : 12.5%

Dosage : 2.5g/l

Organoleptic Analysis : Beautiful rich red colour. Nose dominated by fruits of the forest, redcurrants and raspberries. Rich mouthfeel with a lot of fruit and a redcurrant and liquorice finish.

Serving temperature : 11°C
