This champagne is named after the creator of the House of Jean Josselin. "Royal" is a good word to describe him.
It has powerful and expressive nose, rich in the mouth.
 
Composition
100% Pinot Noir, aged three years.

This champagne is reserved for lovers of wines with mature body. It goes perfectly with rich and sumptuous dishes: foie gras, poultry, and other rich accompaniments.
 
The Winemaker's Notes
The color of yellow gold, its powerful and complex nose reveals a mature wine, whose tertiary aromas dominate with hints of brioche, butter, honey, biscuit, baked pear and a touch of cinnamon and licorice.

 

 

Grape Varietal : 100 % Pinot Noir

Blend : aged three years 2017 vintage

Vinification : complete malolactic fermentation, three extractions and one fi ltration carried out before bottling.

Alcohol : 12.5%

Dosage : 3.2g/l

Organoleptic Analysis : Golden yellow colour. Powerful, complex nose revealing a mature wine. Dominant tertiary aromas with notes of brioche, honey, biscuit, cooked pear and a touch of cinnamon and liquorice. Full-bodied mouthfeel with a lot of presence and perfect balance.

Wine & Food Pairing : Turkey with chestnuts or scallops with truffl e polenta
