Why "Les Blancs"?
The first word "White," an adjective, refers to the color of the wine: white champagne.
The second word "Whites" in the plural, means that it is composed exclusively of white grapes, namely Chardonnay.

The Winemaker's Notes
Its color is pale yellow with hints of greenish gold. The nose is delicate, with floral dominating, as well as mint, lime, acacia, lemon and pear.
The palate is open and clean, its vivacity blended with a slight vinous quality.
Grape Varietal : 100% Chardonnay
Blend : 2018 vintage
Vinification : complete malolactic fermentation, three extractions and one fi ltration carried out before bottling. The bottles are stored on their sides, on wooden laths, for 3 years before disgorging.
Alcohol : 12.5%
Dosage : 3.2g/l
Organoleptic Analysis : Brilliant light yellow colour with subtle green glints. A persistent stream of fine, active bubbles. Complex, intense and qualitative nose with apricot, grilled almond, spice and butter notes, as well as a mineral quality. Discreet effervescence in the mouth with creamy bubbles preceding a full-bodied, balanced and long-lasting ensemble. Fruity (peach, pear) and spicy notes to create a flavoursome and harmonious overall experience.
